It is slowly shifting, and I suspect it would shift faster towards "online" if I also provided the journal in more table-friendly formats. That's on the to-do list for sure. But still, the majority of my readers prefer paper, and that's especially true in the developing world where reliable (and free) access to the Internet and to printers is less common. Other reasons include the ability to write notes in the margins, pass copies around, read "anywhere" and so on. Ole Ole J.
