FWIW, my opinion is that Murray and Michael R have got it right. Having a stable basis is a good thing to have for any real updates, and a good project management practice. As a datapoint, it took me a while to understand the different changed pieces and their effects, even with Murray’s document already pointing to the updates. And I am optimistic about completing last calls, particularly when their scope is cleaning up / editorial. The substantive changes last calls then again may take longer - and perhaps rightly so. I do think Michael S’s list is a good project to complete as well, however. Jari
