Isn't there an e-mail address for every I-D based on the I-D handle? I forget what it is. It should just be <draft-handle-excluding-version>@ietf.org. That should go to the authors, shepherd, AD. Heck, rfcXXXX@xxxxxxxx would be nice too (which should go to the authors).
