... and I think that this was one of the more entertaining and useful
threads on *this* discuss recently.

Mike and Fred's response was particularly helpful as I need to make
something like this (actually I'm trying to make a "table" that hangs
under the "arms" on a treadmill so that I can create my own walking /
standing desk. This might help burn off some of the cookies...
