Google Analytics is an example of pervasive monitoring along many paths
and at multiple points without approval or authorisation by users. And
the httpbis Working Group could try and mitigate this attack, e.g. it
could require that browsers connect only to a single origin, just like
it could require browsers to support HTTP/2.0 only in encrypted form.
