Is this really something by ICANN, or did they accidentally copy a privacy policy from them without changing the email addresses?

This *looks* like a wannabe bandwagon site at best.

Seriously, is this legit?

The message from Russ mentioned that "ICANN has taken the lead in getting this web site launched for the global Internet community". I would not vouch for the web site.
