Oh my.  Louis Pouzin is quite a long way from being a troll:

I think his slides do miss some essential points, but that it's a case of correct numbers producing incorrect recommendations.

So his suggestion to submit to national standards bodies represent a very reasonable desire for broader participation, albeit down a path I'd expect to be counter-productive.
