  Well, what I said is not directly related with your proposal, but
it's something like this: As you know ISOC has several chapters around
the world, all of them with many member, I have always believed it's a
good idea to organize local meetings to follow the IETF or at least
some WG sessions remotely. Of course ISOC has some kind of information
of their member (not much but they have something)
