That is correct.  RFC 3777 still applies to the confidentiality of feedback and deliberations.

RFC 5680 only allows a NomCom to disclose a list of willing nominees to the community to solicit feedback.

Thanks, this is very helpful.  As I read RFC 5680, it does not change in any way the handling of confidential information (e.g., feedback on candidates, or its deliberations) specified in RFC 3777.  Is that correct?
