The list of accepted candidates should be posted on the IETF site like the rest of the noncom information.  That was the intent of the discussion that lead up to RFC 5680.  Or to put it another way, anyone who reads the IETF web site is part of the community.

The is no need for a log in or having to agree to a confidentiality agreement.  RFC5680 says:

      The list of nominees willing to be considered for positions under
      review in the current NomCom cycle is not confidential.
