so yes, he actually did that.

Are you asking the Trust, or the IETF leadership, to send a cease and desist letter?

I hadn't thought about that, to be honest.  While
clearly he can plow through archives to get addresses
I don't think he should be allowed to subscribe to
IETF mailing lists while he's doing this.
