Is the term "printer" a shorthand for "neither XP nor Vista" (plus
a selected few other platforms) ?

Chapter 9 (privacy) is fine, but apparently it didn't make it in the
only normative chapter 7 (requirements).  And yes, they might need
to know if Firefox is used.
