It's a perfect explanation of poor quality of IPv6 developed by
opinions voiced by those who never used IPv6.

E.g., stateless autoconfiguration is not even a well defined concept
and useless.

As a result, however, /64 is fine for subscribers to enjoy arbitrary
many subnets with DHCP-based autoconfiguration, which should be a
surprise for greedy ISPs foolish enough to believe quality of IETF
products high.
