IETF64: phones

I'd like commend Nortel for having IP phones in the help area. 
Particularly when traveling internationally, it avoids the nasty cell 
roaming charge surprises or the extortionate hotel phone charges. I hope 
future hosts make that part of their installation and that this feature 
is added as a nice-to-have to the hosting guidelines.
