Power was most assuredly not a problem at this IETF; the seating areas were 
amply provisioned.  And since I've been a WG chair, with perhaps one exception,
power at the chair's table has pretty much always been available.

But, yes, two or three network drops at the front of the room would help in the 
event that the wireless network melts down.
