Yes
OTOH, if fundraising is part of the ISOC standards activity, but is not
part of the IASA (there's a reasonable argument in "separation of
concerns" that this should be the case), this definitely needs a
requirement for transparency, separate from the requirement on the IASA.
Yes, but that is surely out of scope for this BCP?
