No, I consider the attorneys and accountants you mentioned in your message to be external parties. You don't go to either set and ask "What you should we do here?" --you say "Here's what we want to do" and then they help you make it work. The point I am trying to get across it that it is up to this community to say "Here's what we want to do" *before* saying that they consent; saying "We consent" without having said "Here's what we want to do" won't work. Ted
