I think this is just a warning from the tool that can be safely ignored.

This was a cumbersome manual process, and as far as I can tell this tool
did not look at any references in the draft.

It was a two step process.

1) Input the URL to the draft; click to extract all the ABNF.

This was error prone, as it matched some lines from the XSD as well.

2) Copy and paste the correct bits from step one; click to parse the ABNF.

I would be surprised if the two steps were not totally independent from
each other, so I don't think we can do anything else. The tool kept
quiet if I removed every "%s".
