Summary: This document deprecates IPv6 Router Alert Option, providing reasons.
It addresses security considerations and gives instructions to IANA. It is a
concise and clear document.

Major issues: None.

Minor issues: I am only a little concerned that for readers and implementers of
MLDv2 RFC3810 and MRD RFC4286 that for a time there will be a documentation gap
for the IPv6 Router Alert Option. Perhaps one sentence could instruct readers
while future work on these implementations is pending.

Nits/editorial comments: None.
