In Section 4: "jCard is a comprehensive and extensible mechanism defined in the STIR RCD framework." This sentence is confusing because jCard is defined in RFC 7095. It feels like there's a word or two missing here. Also, this is the first time that "STIR RCD framework appears in the draft.
