The two pages you refer to split out the salaries of those that are directly employed while including the salaries of those that are indirectly employed, including me, in professional services.  This is what is required by the accounting standards, even though it does not show the full picture. The monthly financials and budgets show this differently, with all staff costs counted together, however the individuals are employed.
