replace the IETF plenary with this, and you'd have zero impact on the agenda time. Not that I dislike the people who speak in plenary, but if the formalism is "these are statutory reports which need to be made to the community" we can do that in a brown bag lunch. I stress, I bear no animosity to any of the people obligated to make statutory reports. And I think statutory reports should be made. -G
