Yes, for all the RFCs, each one that updates will be in separate draft, moving forward in numerical order. I had thought I could just do this quietly, but now I can see I'll have to be explicit :). I am not planning on touching any of the errata; I only want to do the IETF-consensus work.

Yes, and that's the number of drafts I want to get out well before November. :)

What gendispatch/alldispatch does after that I'm not going to speculate.
