Will this also affect *inbound* mail to ietf.org?

Currently hosted at mail.ietf.org by, IIRC, AMSL, *receiving* mail via
both IPv4 and IPv6, over DANE-authenticated TLS connections, when the
sending system is DANE-enabled:
