What IETF consensus? I've never understood forming a WG to be an IETF
consensus process.
I'm not nearly as bothered by having this in this WG's charter, as I am
by the IMO extremely flimsy reasoning that people keep offering for why
it's happening. Poor reasoning is a much bigger problem, than a single
dubious decision.
