  'several' is pushing it; this is pretty much just the US and sometimes Canada, AIUI.

I strongly support this draft and I hope it will soon be published (and mentioned in the Note Well).

Seeing Mark's comment, I wonder whether the document title should be extended to

"Antitrust and Competition Law Guidelines for IETF Participants"
