Everyone says he was pretty cool.
But, you know, write the draft. If it is so unanimous, it should be easy.
The problem I see is that it would be difficult to specify what is in the email. Maybe it can be done.
I think it is an outdated procedural thing, but if the IETF gets consensus, that is enough.
