My concern is almost entirely for the use of email as an effective medium for technical collaboration.   I am far less concerned about the amount of bandwidth, storage space, etc. that this takes up.  I'm not saying that that's not a valid concern, but it's two or three levels down for me in comparison to - how effectively does email support serious technical discussions?
