Patrik,

I completely agree, but with one qualification: I don't believe
that the IETF should be telling participants that the right
solution to a problem they are facing is to lie.  That is
different from the natural (?) tendency of liars to lie.  I'm
particularly sensitive to the distinction (and hope I don't have
to get into the detail here) because I was recently told that
the best (perhaps only) way to get a new version of an I-D
posted was to lie about some requested information.
