Summary:
This document (with intended status Standards Track) defines Oblivious HTTP to
enable an HTTP client to send requests to an origin server in a way that no
single party can determine both the identity of the client and the contents of
its request. This is a well written document.

Nits/editorial comments:

1. Section 2:
It is suggested to add the relationship with “target resource” and “Server”. As
“Server” is used in abstract and introduction, Section 2 directly uses “target
resource” instead of “Server”. This is applicable to “Target Resource”
definition in section 2.2.

2. Section 2
AEAD : It would be better to expand on the first use.

3. The following spelling are duplicated twice:
Section 4.3: request request
Section 4.4:  context context
Section 7: with with
