Usual disclaimer: I work for ISOC, but this isn't their opinion.  For the avoidance of doubt, nothing I am talking about is somethng I learned during my current employment.

I would be astonished if there were one.  Documenting such a case would be publicly acting on a request from a sanctioned entity, which would be tantamount to admission that one processed their request, which (under the relevant interpretation) would incur a legal risk of having violated the sanctions.  If you feel that you are reading a passage from _Catch 22_, I appreciate your sensation.
