Here’s the vantage from Akamai, which is also a singular viewpoint, but our customers tend to be big enterprises:

 

TLS 1.0 and 1.1 is 1/1000 of the traffic of TLS 1.2 and 1.3

 

Note that this *DOES NOT* count traffic inside the corporate firewall, obviously, which is where I think the “enterprise and TLS” issue comes up.
