Exactly. That's why any reference to page numbers is potentially misleading, because the page number depends on the presentation mechanism.

(For archaeologists, this issue came up in mid-2014 on the rfc-interest list and the relevant text in RFC7994 goes back to draft-flanagan-plaintext-03 in September 2014. Of course, we could relitigate this now that there is finally running code.)
