Second revision of Proposed Community Engagement Policy

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Thanks again for all of the feedback received. Following that, I have a second revision of the draft IETF LLC Community Engagement Policy [1]. This now removes the section on volunteering in the IETF entirely and is solely about the LLC engagement. This is pretty much an operational policy now, which we would not normally consult on, but I’ll continue with this consultation and address any further feedback.

The volunteering section removed from the Community Engagement Policy is now in a separate file [2] as a possible additional section for the IETF LLC Code of Conduct [3] and further feedback on this is also sought.

As a reminder, please provide feedback by 26 October 2020 00:00 UTC using any of the following methods:

* Raising an issue on the Github repository [4]
* Direct to the IETF Executive Director at exec-director@xxxxxxxx
* Direct to the IETF LLC Board (not including the IETF Executive Director) at llc-board-only@xxxxxxxx
* To the ietf@xxxxxxxx list

Note: For those following on GitHub, the revisions are on a separate branch latest-updates-from-consultation until such such time as it appears that branch can be merged into the main branch.
