Hi Brian, Bing Liu checked the volunteer box when registering for IETF 108. There is only this one Bing Liu registered for IETF 108, and he is remy dot liubing at huawei dot com. That email address was registered in IETF 104, too, but under the name "Remy Liu". I'm considering all registrations of this one email address to be the same person.
