Exactly, but please note the EXPERIMENTAL status and the date 1995.

Note also that it need to be cleaned up a little bit due to our current
experience of DOS and DDOS.

Also, in general on smtpng implementations, it will be easier to target
opensource software for testing than rely on vendors to make a move.
