Actually, I was "parroting" reports from MSNBC, CNET, and other news 
agencies.  They summarized the facts of the Judge's decision.  And the 
Judge's tentative ruling summarizes the relevant facts leading in to the 
case.

Correlating  between what ICANN wanted back then and what Karl is 
permitted, now, is not all that difficult.

In particular, the two points I cited stand out:

         The reports are consistent in citing that Karl review only paper 
copies at the ICANN offices and that Karl give 10 day's notice.

         Those were the two factual points that I made.

Perhaps Karl can explain how all of  his media buddies got it so wrong?
