In other places this reset code is refered as "Mandatory Error".
Yep, you are right, in Section 5.6 reset code 6 is defined as
"Mandatory Error", and in Section 5.8.2 reset code 6 is referred to as
"Mandatory Failure". I will put that in an Errata, calling it
"Mandatory Error" in both places.
