Recent usb.ids shows this:

091e  Garmin International
        0003  GPSmap (various models)
        0004  iQue 3600
        0200  Data Card Programmer (install)
        1200  Data Card Programmer
        21a5  etrex Cx (msc)
        2295  Colorado 300
        2353  Nüvi 205T

Should any of these other product ids be included as well?
I don't own any of these, so I don't know, to be honest?

A better question perhaps - shouldn't this stuff belong
to the affected package as opposed to udev though?
