[Hotplug_sig] MINUTES for Hotplug SIG Con Call 03/26

Did you get a chance to look at the test cases document that Mark wrote
up? there's a link to it off the hotplug SIG page, I think it's called
CPU test plan or something like that.

Are there some details on what additional checking is required beyond
what's in the scripts currently?
