Question about RNR auto update in beacon/probe response

Hello,

I am running single hostapd instance over 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz frequency bands with several BSSes on each.
The RNR IE is included into 2.4GHz and 5GHz beacons with reflection of 6GHz BSSes info, as expected.

When 6GHz BSSes go down with hostapd CLI "disable" they are not beaconing any more, but the RNR is still in beacons of 2.4GHz and 5GHz BSSes.
CLI/CTRL interface command "update_beacon" for 2.4GHz and 5GHz BSSes helps to get rid of RNR IE in beacons while 6GHz is down.
And when 6GHz is up again with hostapd CLI "enable", the RNR is back again automatically in 2.4GHz and 5GHz BSSes - expected.

My question is: if the RNR IE update on the fly for lower frequency band BSSes as in the use case above is just a missed feature? Or it is expected to force beacon update via CLI/CTRL interface in such a case?

Thank you in advance,
Jurijs.
