Either the station decides to disconnect or the local driver is forcing
disconnection for some reason. In other words, this would require debug
logs from the station and/or driver and likely a sniffer trace.

As far as the hostapd configuration is concerned, hw_mode=b is not valid
to use with IEEE 802.11n, i.e., it should have been hw_mode=g.
