WDS can be used with WPA2-PSK when configuring one end of the link as
the AP with hostapd and the other end as a station with wpa_supplicant.
If the other device is also acting as an AP, it would need to use two
virtual interfaces (one for this station mode for WDS link and the other
one in AP mode).
