Apparently nothing -- once I use the right reporting tool

	iw dev
		phy#0
			Interface wlp0s31d1u3
				ifindex 4
				wdev 0x1
				addr 02:d1:ff:34:15:10
				ssid pgnU
				type AP
!!! channel 149 (5745 MHz), width: 40 MHz, center1: 5755 MHz
				txpower 30.00 dBm

What that DOES leave are the logentries

Mar 29 11:55:45 test hostapd[13759]: Failed to check if DFS is required; ret=-1
	Mar 29 11:55:45 test hostapd[13759]: handle_probe_req: send failed
Mar 29 11:55:51 test hostapd[13759]: ACS: Survey is missing noise floor
	...
Mar 29 11:55:51 test hostapd[13759]: ACS: Channel 149 has insufficient survey data

which don't seem to be fatal to connectivity.

Not clear whether those indicate actual problems, or are just log noise.
