Ok, that's fine.  I've already got a small ACD framework built that I can
update to add this functionality to.  So I guess next up for me is to figure
out how to transfer calls.  :-)

I think this rather calls for an ACD application that monitors the
calls it distributes and if it is not accepted in time transfers it to
another agent.
