I just added SQLAcct and I am having trouble getting the latest binary build from gnugk.org working for us. The error I get in the logs is: 2011/12/13 13:49:17.920 1 udll.cxx(344) DLL Error loading DLL: libmysqlclient.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory 2011/12/13 13:49:17.920 1 gksql_mysql.cxx(332) SQLAcct Can't load library libmysqlclient.so 2011/12/13 13:49:17.920 1 gksql.cxx(101) SQLAcct Database connection failed: vri@localhost[vri] 2011/12/13 13:49:17.920 0 sqlacct.cxx(128) GKACCT SQLAcct module creation failed: could not connect to the database 2011/12/13 13:49:17.921 0 sqlacct.cxx(129) GKACCT FATAL: Shutting down I tried SQLAcct with the build that was released as a part of the debian package installed via aptitude and it worked with that build, I get no SQLAcct errors. But when I download the latest binary from gnugk.org and replace the binary in /usr/sbin with that one then SQLAcct no longer works. I am not sure why... different mysql client dll version? Am I going to have to compile gnugk myself?
