IPv6 support is in the CVS

Hi,

I've put IPv6 support for GnuGk into the CVS. If you are familiar with
compiling from the CVS and you have some IPv6 capable equipment, I
would appreciate if you could run some test calls.

[Gatekeeper::Main]
EnableIPv6=1

There are still some config options that don't parse IPv6 addresses
correctly and probably a couple of other bugs, so please let me know
what works and what doesn't.

Thanks,
Jan

PS: Please use PTLib 2.10.1 to compile.
