If you use SQLite as database, you won't have an external
database process running that needs to be maintanied.

%{aliases} will include all aliases, dialedDigits, H323IDs and other
types. You'll just have to split up the string.

The format is the same as for %{aliases}, but you can't rely on LRQs to
always have that field. Its optional.
