Hi,

I would suggest you update to the latest version of GnuGk and try again.
In 2.2.8, the round-robin between gateways was broken and in alter
versions more calls can be retried in more situations.
Also, you should check the failure codes on the calls that are not
being retried. GnuGk will only retry calls that fail with the codes set
in FailoverCauses=.

If thats is not enough, you can try to set DisableRetryChecks=1 which
will also retry calls where the H.245 exchange has already started.
That will work sometimes, but is not entirely safe, so you should
first try if an updated cures the problem.
