PWLib Assetion fail: Null pointer Issue

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

We have an internal H.323 network linking 83 Nortel CS1K PBXs with a central voicemail system. We have a redundant pair of Gatekeepers configured as neighbors on separate sites operating from a common SQL database as their source for endpoint authentication and routing data. Typical operation is for all 83 endpoints to register with one gatekeeper (primary) and move to the other gatekeeper (secondary) in the event of a failure. Everything works fine except that, on a regular basis at our peek usage period, the primary Gatekeeper fails with the following error:

assert.cxx(108)   PWLib   Assertion fail: Null pointer reference, file /root/ptlib/include/ptlib/contain.inl, line 45, Error=22

The error occurs regardless of which of our two gatekeepers is acting as the primary.

Our peek active calls are between 25 and 30.

Does anyone have any ideas as to the possible cause?
